Tracking you order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a tracking number. This permits you to track your package online.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
All purchases over $500 are shipped with signature confirmation and insurance coverage.

Identity Verification

All orders can be subject to identity verification. To protect customers from fraud, we may ask to verify your identity prior to shipping out your order. This can include requesting government issued ID which matches the payment method. Orders may be delayed if the information or documentation requested is not provided by the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any order which seems suspicious, fraudulent, or erroneous.

Insurance Restrictions
No address or delivery date changes are possible once an item is shipped, even in the case of a shipping delay. For this reason, please provide any special delivery instructions at the time the order is placed or immediately afterward. Once tracking information has been emailed, the item has already been shipped and no changes are possible. Please consider having the shipment held at a pickup location nearest the delivery address where it can be collected at your convenience. We’re happy to select one for you if you request this in the notes field during checkout.

Christmas/Holiday Delivery Considerations

We encourage customers wanting items delivered in time for Christmas to place their orders as early as possible. During the busy holiday season there are often weather and volume delays with carriers. The shipping dates we communicate assume no carrier delays which is not always a safe assumption during December.
Resizing a ring normally takes 1-2 additional business days prior to shipping. During December this can extend to 3-4 business days. For this reason, please consider having your ring purchases resized after Christmas. We are happy to ship rings with a size measuring kit in the package and cover the cost of return shipping to get the ring back here after Christmas for complimentary resizing.
