Refund and Return Policy


We continuously strive to offer our customers the highest quality product and customer service. We stand behind the authenticity and quality of each item we sell; however, if you are unhappy with your jewelry purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We do not offer returns on coins or bullion purchased, but we do have a buy-back program. We do not accept cancellations prior to shipping out an order.

Coins & Bullion

 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for coins & bullion. 

  • Sales are final for all coins & bullion. 


Jewelry

 

  • Returns for jewelry must be sent back to us within 30 days from the date you received them.​

  • You will be issued a 100% refund of the purchase price credited back to the original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of the return. Certain payment methods may take 3-7 business days to fully process back to your account after the refund has been initiated.

  • Jewelry Merchandise needs to be unused (gentle wear is ok) and in the same condition as it was received. Rings resized (or items altered) by Puyallup Diamond & Gold Buyers are still fully eligible for full refunds. Jewelry that has been altered by an outside goldsmith or damaged may not be accepted.

 

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for returning jewelry.


Instructions

To initiate a jewelry return, simply email us at Jessica@PuyallupGoldBuyers.com to request a return. Please include your order number in the subject or body of the email. Within 1-2 business days, we will provide you with a free shipping label, which you can download and print. Our return shipping labels are completely free of charge to you, and are fully insured. Please do not create your own label or return the item without emailing us.

Once you receive the return shipping label from us, simply download and print it. To package your order, you can either use the original packaging or your own packaging materials. Please make sure the order is packaged securely to avoid any damage or loss. Once you have sealed the package, affix the shipping label using tape. Next, simply drop it off at the carrier and request a receipt.

 

Once we receive your return, you will be issued a 100% refund of the purchase price credited back to the original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of the return. We refund all original shipping costs. Certain payment methods may take 3-7 business days to fully process back to your account after the refund has been initiated.
